This workshop places emphasis on equity in digital
and remote learning classrooms, maintaining rigor, and increasing student achievement. Participants will benefit from prior work of online education researchers as it relates to the social-emotional aspect of student learning leading to an understanding of when to use synchronous and/or asynchronous instructional methods. The workshop offers opportunities to
apply the collaboration concepts with action planning exercises.
